India (Remote) - Junior Community Manager

We seek a passionate and dynamic Junior Community Manager to join our team - CXC. They will be pivotal in creating, curating, and fostering a vibrant and supportive online community. Responsibilities Interact proactively with users in our community platform (Live feed, Forum, Groups,…), actively participating in conversations, responding to comments, and promptly addressing user questions. Produce and compose exclusive, value-driven content for our community, such as writing articles about remote lifestyle or conducting interviews with ambassadors. Support scaling our social media outreach (LinkedIn, Instagram) to our target audience in India. Curating the current pool, looking out for potential ambassadors, Initiate authentic connections with members, fostering deeper participation from members. Engaging in external platforms: Interact, comment, and share knowledge on other existing communities to expand outreach for Out of Office. Research on partners, co-working spaces, and discounts that might be useful for Out of Office members. Qualifications Educational Background: Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields (beneficial, not mandatory). Experience: Previous experience in community management, content creation, or social media management. Language: Excellent command in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Skills: Communication: Ability to effectively interact, respond, and engage with community members. Content Creation: Skill in producing engaging, informative content tailored to the community's interests. Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram for outreach and engagement. Networking: Skill in building relationships with community members, potential ambassadors, and partners. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze community feedback and social media metrics to inform strategy. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the target audience's culture, particularly in India, to tailor content and strategies.
