Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant (IND)

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic support team where you'll be able to build your technical acumen and scale your consulting skills beyond a traditional developer role.

You'll be reverse-engineering solutions across enterprise Salesforce implementations which include Integrations (Mulesoft), customisations (Salesforce Apex, LWC, VisualForce), Marketing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and more!

You'll interact with all levels of the Katzion organisation internally and customer organisations externally to gain insights and fully understand technical and functional design decisions and technical details.

Role:

  • As part of our support team, you will be jointly responsible for providing technical support to our Clients with a particular focus on Salesforce and it is integration with Heroku, MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud.
  • You are responsible for prioritizing the support tickets and working closely with the team to resolve the issues within SLAs.
  • Work closely with our clients in delivering the solutions and act as the primary escalation point for technical enquires related to existing and new Salesforce enhancements
  • You are responsible for deployments, Salesforce Org health and code quality checks.
  • You will work closely with our project-team and assess the impact to the existing business processes and technical flows across the systems.
  • Share your knowledge with the other support team members in the team and thus help to build up the knowledge in the team.
  • You will work closely with our project management team, develop ideas and optimise processes and service together with our customers.

Requirements:


  • 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development/Level 3 support role.
  • Min 5 years of experience with Salesforce development/administration.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Salesforce lightning
  • You have a deep interest in complex Salesforce environments and the ongoing releases of the Salesforce platform.
  • You gained several years of experience in Salesforce and customer service or as a Salesforce developer.
  • You have extensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization and deployments.
  • You can provide evidence of various Salesforce certifications (e.g. Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform App Builder).
  • Nice to have knowledge of ITSM-tools (Servicenow/Atlassian)
  • You have a high customer orientation and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • You have strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with a learning mindset.
