Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overall architecture, Capacity planning, development, and implementation of Master Data Management solutions (MDM). Using MDM technologies and tools across an enterprise to enable the management and integration of master data.
2. Understand the technical landscape current as well as desired future state Assess the current state architecture & understand current business processes for managing Master Data Management solutions.
3. Assess the functional and non-functional requirements of desired future state MDM solution Preparation including data ingestion, data quality rules, data model, match/merge, workflows, UI, batch integration and real-time service.
4. Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture and data integration implementations across various upstream/downstream systems and enabling the master data for AI/ML based analytical use cases.
5. Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. Knowledge of cloud and on-premises integration architecture patterns.
6. Estimation and outlining of the solutions needed to implement cloud native architecture and migration from on-prem systems.
7. Work with prospective and existing customers to implement POCs/MVPs and guide through deployment, operationalization, and troubleshooting.
8. Assess and validate non-functional attributes and build solutions that exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. At least 15 years of related end to end data management work experience, including at least 5 years of leading Reltio MDM and/or hands-on work in master data management functional areas.
3. Strong knowledge in Data Quality, Data Governance and MDM must have worked in Clinical, MDM, HCP / HCO domain.
4. Experience of working with Reltio MDM & Reltio Integration Hub configuration.
5. Experience with Reltio console and custom jars creation.
6. Must have knowledge of tuning and configuration of Match Rules, ROCS Utility etc.
7. Proficient in working with Reltio APIs
8. Strong Java Knowledge
9. Experience in implementation of data cleanup procedures, transformations, scripts, execution of plans etc.
10. Experience creating technical documentation and communicating effectively to various audiences.
11. Demonstrated presentation and communication skills, including effectively communicating one[1]on-one, and in small and large groups.
12. Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships and conduct complex and important work critical to the organization in a team consulting environment.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in other MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM MDM.
2. Reltio or other MDM Architect certification
