Responsibilities Material Panning for Raw & Packaging materials against Export Orders and RDP. Rate Negotiations & Finalization of Purchase Orders. Laisoning with Export team, CSCC, Packaging Development Department and DRDC to resolve different issues. Expediting with Vendors for schedule delivery of Raw & packaging materials, to meet the Production plan & dispatch dates. Co-ordinates PPC & Production department for better planning to reduce change overs. New Vendor selection & Development as per need. SLOB & Inventory Management. Expediting with Export team / CSCC to provide consumption plan of non-moving materials to reduce SLOB & increase ITR. Preparing MIS for review (SLOB, Vendor rating) & corrective measures. Ensure savings on procurement of decentralized materials. Co-ordinates with Vendor & QA Department to reduce line rejections & resolve quality issue of materials. Co-ordinate with external Auditors for audits & submit reply for their query. Motivate, develop & train subordinates to enhance their skill & capability to take bigger responsibilities. Involvement in overhead budgetary control systems & Capax procurement & monitoring. Logistic co-ordination & management for incoming raw & packaging materials.
