Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catalog Specialist cum E-commerce Executive at Powersutra located in Gurugram. As a Catalog Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the online catalog, analyzing data, and optimizing the customer experience. You will also be involved in creating and maintaining catalogues and ensuring accurate product information on portals like Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, Ajio, Amazon etc. Effective communication skills will be crucial in working with the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for uploading discounts on e-commerce portals, maintaining hygiene of the account, communicating with POC on marketplaces, maintaining inventory on the portals etc.
