Roles and Responsibilities: KPI Management: Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations. Monitor and analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Generate regular reports on KPIs to provide insights to management and stakeholders. HR Management: Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to employees to foster professional development and growth. Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to promote a safe working environment. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office operations and HR activities. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to enhance productivity and teamwork. Facilitate regular team meetings and trainings to promote employee engagement and professional development. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in office management and HR to drive continuous improvement. Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the office team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential. Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in office management, HR administration, and KPI management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
