This team is responsible Investor Reporting for funds. The role will require working closelywith the Investor Reporting team.

Shift Timings – 2 PM to 11:30 PM & 12 PM to 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a good understanding of funds’ operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications and the reporting source data.

Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all fund groups.

Review Management Fee calculations/ Investor memo.

Create and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.

Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries

Perform IRR and Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio calculation for Real Estate funds.

Review Audit Confirm Reports and CAS statements.

Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.

Identify process gaps and initiate process improvement projects.

Ad-hoc requests.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate must be a Post Graduate or C.A., with knowledge of finance

Strong MicrosoftOffice skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

The abilityto effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitaskand deliver under tight deadlines

The profileinvolves effective communication across Clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must

A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly

A desireto work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders

Fund Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

•Fund Accounting – Assist in book keeping, preparation of financial statements and investor reporting

•Fund Operations – Preparation of distribution allocation and investor schedules, preparation and calculation of management fee allocation and scheduled, preparation of fund transfer wires for distribution and repayment of line of credit.

•Cash Management – Assist in various cash management functions including preparation of weekly cash report, cash tracking of capital activities and invoice processing.

•Other ad hoc tasks/projects

Desired Candidate Profile:

•Candidate must be a Post Graduate or a CA or CFA, with knowledge of accounting and finance.

•Fluent in English

•Strong project management skills

•Attention to detail

•Team player

•Strong analytical skills

•Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

•Knowledge with Investran and iLevel will be an advantage
