Opportunity for CRM Functional Consultant – MS Dynamics - New Zealand Job Title: CRM Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics  Location: New Zealand EXP: 5+ Years Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation. Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements, including custom entities, workflows, business process flows, and other declarative features. Collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics developers to design and implement custom solutions using .NET, JavaScript, and other programming languages. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, including troubleshooting issues and optimising system performance. Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements. Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency within the Microsoft Dynamics platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions with business processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.   Criteria: 1. Should be open to relocate to New Zealand if selected 2.
