Sr Associate - Client Program Mgmt

The Key Client Management team is part of the Maersk. The KC/Runway program analyst within the Key Client and Program Management Team is an important contributor in supporting and implementing initiatives and programs towards logistics solution sales strategy & analytics for Maersk’s Key Client and Runway portfolio. The role reports into Lead – SCD, Sustainability & Key Client Management. The role will involve working closely with CEN KCM Team, Account Teams (Key Client Managers and Program Managers). The role will be primarily internal to Maersk, but the individual may need to interact with external stakeholders like vendors and customers from time to time.The KC/Runway Program Analyst will work with the CEN KCM team to support the implementation & execution of set programs and initiatives. These include community communication, data analysis, account management program performance reporting, competitive analysis and enabling account management process optimization.Required qualification, experience & skills.3 - 6 years of experience in Sales analytics & Operations reporting & communicationQualification: Post-Graduate with experience in sales Analytics, Demand Planning & Operations driven reporting.Collaborate with business leaders to deliver insights derived from data, highlight emerging trends/customer needs that enable business decision.Ability to create visual illustrations out of complex data inputs.Required Business/ Technical KnowledgeProficient in Power BI & SFDC and working knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.Ability to create dashboards on Power BIAdvance knowledge of MS office package including MS Excel, Advance Excel analytics, Macros, Model creations, etc.Commercial acumen & understating of Sales life cycle.Key measuresSelf-starter & initiative.
