Corporate Finance Specialist

Responsibilities : · Develop financial model along with business teams across the Group in order to raise capital for the business with a focus on credit assessment · Analysis of financial statements (cash flow, B/S, P&L), cash flow projections, EBITDA, sensitivity analysis etc. · Analyze and discuss financial model independently with prospective lenders, TEV agencies, rating agencies, investors and internal business teams. · Prepare presentation for the ongoing capital raise transactions for internal and external stakeholders · Support seniors in interaction with banks/FIs/funds/law firms/technical experts for due diligence, documentation in capital raising endeavors. · Coordinate treasury operations e.g. payments and debt servicing requirements etc. · Willing to work on short term assignment across locations including overseas locations.

Skills Required : · Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, general accounting, cash-flows, financial ratios, etc. · Understanding of bank’s credit policies, RBI guidelines and guidelines specific to NBFC. · Having worked as credit analyst in banks, NBFCs, FIs in mid to large corporate teams will be an advantage and/or working in debt raising teams at any mid/large corporate · Having worked on Debt (> 200 Cr) or Equity raise would be an advantage · Not looking at candidates worked in unsecured business loans, mortgages etc.

Education:- CA (1st attempt preferred) and/or MBA Finance Experience – 2 to 5 years
