Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Hotel Reservations Manager.

Responsibilities for Hotel Business PNL and KPI include but not limited to :


  • Overall Management of Hotel Reservations Team and KPIs
  • Compliance of SOP, TAT and SLA with internal and external customers
  • Escalation Management and Guest Service Excellence
  • Emergency number management
  • Conflict and Dispute resolution
  • Negotiating with hotels/suppliers for query resolution.
  • Teams / Line/ WhatsApp/ Skype management with clients and partners
  • Monitoring and review of daily task management
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Review, analyse and forecast operations requirements and implement processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Effective inter-departmental coordination to forecast and resolve issues.
  • I want you to please maintain positive and productive coordination with hotel and travel partners.

  • Supervise daily work & roster management,


Eligibility & Skillset Required:


  • Min of 5-7 yrs. of experience in the travel industry.
  • Knowledge of online booking engines, B2B Business, and Hotel processes.
