Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Hotel Reservations Manager.
Responsibilities for Hotel Business PNL and KPI include but not limited to :
- Overall Management of Hotel Reservations Team and KPIs
- Compliance of SOP, TAT and SLA with internal and external customers
- Escalation Management and Guest Service Excellence
- Emergency number management
- Conflict and Dispute resolution
- Negotiating with hotels/suppliers for query resolution.
- Teams / Line/ WhatsApp/ Skype management with clients and partners
- Monitoring and review of daily task management
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Review, analyse and forecast operations requirements and implement processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Effective inter-departmental coordination to forecast and resolve issues.
- I want you to please maintain positive and productive coordination with hotel and travel partners.

Eligibility & Skillset Required:
- Min of 5-7 yrs. of experience in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of online booking engines, B2B Business, and Hotel processes.
