Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Concierge Manager. As a Travel Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, offering expert advice, and ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and unforgettable.  Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Provide personalized recommendations and create customized itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and interests. Coordinate with clients and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive perks for clients. Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat. Stay updated on trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. Format into sections and lists to improve readability Avoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and age No need to add a link to apply (one is added automatically) Requirements Must be 18 years old or older and authorized to work in the United States. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
