ROLE: We are offering a full-time position for an Instructional Designer at Novatr, where the primary focus is on devising impactful instructional strategies for our various courses. In this role, you will be tasked with gathering, examining, and organizing content sourced from subject matter experts. Your responsibilities include leading the creation of instructional materials and learning modules, crucial elements utilized by our learners to augment their educational outcomes. Additionally, tasks associated with this role involve creating course outlines, storyboards, assessments, and eLearning modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate existing course materials to validate learning objectives. Conduct learning needs analysis in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Define skill and performance objectives, activities, and knowledge assessments for learning. Collaborate with subject matter experts to acquire technical information and construct course materials while maintaining a cooperative relationship with internal SMEs. Review and amend content based on feedback from internal reviewers or stakeholders, resolving conflicting feedback. Develop and incorporate content, materials, and media to meet detailed design specifications, standards, and templates for e-learning, Instructor-led Trainings, or virtual ILT sessions. Perform testing of e-Learning courses before their integration into the Learning Management System (LMS). Evaluate course assessment results, identifying areas for continuous improvement and enhancements based on lessons learned. Manage developed content through internal systems and processes.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related fields. Over 2 years of experience in instructional design and developing learning material, emphasizing eLearning. Proficiency in course authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, etc. Experience with curriculum design, adult learning principles, and corporate learning solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paying attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools is advantageous. Familiarity with the software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and JIRA is a plus. A portfolio showcasing previous work, demonstrating a passion for developing innovative content for learning experiences, is a plus.
