Instructional Designer (Contract)

Infopro Learning has an immediate contract opportunity for an Instructional Designer Utilization: 40 hours a week/8 hours a day(Approx) Duration: 3 -6 months contract Time Zone: Indian Business Hours (9 AM-6 PM) Job requirements Are you a skilled freelance Instructional Designer looking for a full-time engagement with exciting new projects to work on? We are seeking a talented individual for a short-term contract in the Indian Time Zone (IST) to support one of our clients. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Responsibilities Source input analysis from the customer and preparation of questionnaire specific to a project. Visualize the end product based on the approved learning solution. Develop high level and low-level design based on adult learning principles. Design game and simulation-based learning. Design micro and mobile learning. Set up project-specific standards and guidelines. Storyboard for courses at various levels Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 courses. Review storyboards for instructional design, writing style, and interactivities planned within the training. Review of Alpha and Beta version of the learning assets. Collaborate and communicate with customers and other members of the project team on need basis. Support the team and guide for project specific queries and solutions. Mentor and coach IDs on need basis. Update and improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes pertaining to the instructional design process and related fields. Update and share the learning development approach of a particular project with cross-functional teams in the organization. Identify requirements and develop and design content. Lead project teams and deliver accordingly to set milestone Mentor and train junior writers Lead RFPs and contribute to business effectively Technical Skills - ADDIE Storyboard Camtasia Captivate Vyond Job requirements Requirements Gathering and Analysis Attend walkthrough sessions with SMEs Understand and gather requirements from documentation Conduct needs analysis- Devise design strategy for learning Devise content strategy- Devise documentation strategy Content Creation- Ability to take ownership of more than one project from a delivery perspective Implement new ideas that are in line with what is happening in the industry Work on estimations for varied kinds of deliverables Contribute towards updating knowledge assets Independently create content deliverables Complete understanding of learning and documentation strategies Complete understanding of content strategy Implement lessons learned and best practices from prior projects
