PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing talent acquisition operations, including the development and maintenance of insights dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making, and assisting in the integration of Talent Acquisition Platforms with other HR systems and third-party vendors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and Maintain Talent Acquisition Insights Dashboards:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure dashboards provide actionable insights into recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive talent acquisition insights dashboards using PowerBI
  • Continuously optimize dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key talent acquisition metrics and trends.


Conduct Ad-hoc Analyses:

  • Utilize Workday HCM and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pull relevant data and reports for conducting ad-hoc analyses.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of recruitment and workforce data extracted from Workday HCM and the ATS to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage insights gained from Workday HCM and ATS data to support decision-making processes and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific analysis requirements and tailor reports to meet their needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations derived from Workday HCM and ATS analyses in a clear and concise manner to inform strategic discussions and actions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Execute Initiatives for Talent Acquisition Platform Integration:

  • Collaborate with TA leadership to execute initiatives aimed at integrating Talent Acquisition Platforms with other HR-related systems and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
  • Provide training and support to users on the use of integrated systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using PowerBI for data visualization and analytics.
  • Proven track record of fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests and conducting data analyses to support decision-making.
  • Experience within Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM and Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in data analytics or related fields is desirable.
