Description: Client is seeking a talented Development engineer to become part of the IT Employee Success team The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle; exposure to Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices. Responsibilities: Development engineer will design, create, document, implement and maintain code for complex applications. You should be self directed, team oriented with strong ability to work with the cross functional teams. You should have the ability to handle multiple, complex technical projects and have the flexibility to work in a very dynamic environment. You need have strong background in Object-Oriented programming concepts and constructs. You should have the ability to troubleshoot problems with application server, database and Operating system setup. Required Skills/Experience: 1-2 years experience in Software development using JAVA. 1+ years of experience with development 1+ years of experience with APEX, Databases and SQL. Experience in developing solutions on the middleware is a plus (BEA, Client, MS) Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in delivering engineering applications using agile/scrum methodology Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail. Bachelor's Degree in CS or any engineering discipline. Desired Skills: Experience in testing and/or developing Enterprise Integration Systems and HR applications is a plus. Experience in multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, LINUX) Experience in working with back office business processes. 6-8 Years of experience required
