They work with relevant teams to understand their specific technology needs, deliver customized solutions, and ensure operational excellence.The Tech Engineers drives transformational change, continuous technological improvement, and innovation at the regional level. They are accountable for the successful implementation of Digital Technology projects at M&S sites, including those that are part of larger initiatives.This person will also serve as the main point of contact for the centralized technology ‘digital hub’ teams for the ASIA region. You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to deliver on these opportunities using Agile methodologies.Main Responsibilities:Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications:Accountable for all relevant Digital Technology operations carried out at M&S sites, ensuring that appropriate support to the sites operations is maintained, and that all operational activities are compliant with regulatory, safety, cyber-security, business continuity and financial requirements.Provide the overall technology leadership for M&S support within the region. They would be responsible for setting the strategic direction, coordinating with central teams, and ensuring local technology needs are met through those teams.Deep understanding of business operations & end to end digital landscape for M&S from app to infra, from back to front end.Drive transformational change, continuous technological improvement, and innovation at regional level.Accountable for the successful implementation of Digital Technology projects at the sites – including where this is part of a larger initiative.Build a bridge, and shared understanding, between our local and global technology teams.Act as the primary point of contact for the M&S sites, provide business stakeholders necessary feedback and input for business projects and technology operations.Collaborate with key business stakeholders to forecast and plan for budget, risks, and other aspects of Digital M&S business areas. Contributing to the long-range planning and strategy definition of Digital M&S business areas.Leverage new capabilities, develop services, and innovating based on Sanofi Digital strategy.Ensure quality and efficiency of Digital Tech services for the business and providing "fit for purpose" services to each business area.Bring together the right stakeholders to ensure compliance and sustainability of technology solutions.Manage portfolio of all projects involving Technology.Lead local business projects deployments (non-core models) and participate in governance for core models.Validate project scoping from both Technology and GBU/GFU perspectives, considering site's context and future growth.Align global Sanofi strategy with local context and constraints and communicate local needs to global initiatives and standards.Organize regional workshops with relevant experts. Coordinate global roll-out of projects at regional level: NEO, SDWAN, DDi21C, AD lifecycle, Backup remediation, etc.Handle key regional initiatives: regional kill legacy, CMDB remediation, Infrastructure assessments, Jiliti maintenance, etc.P1 and P1 critical management to resolve them promptly and effectively.Provide technical assistance and guidance to different GBUs as needed.Support in regulatory audits of the sites by assisting local team in preparing and complying with audit requirements.Hold weekly or monthly meetings with different GBUs to review performance and issues.Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple services simultaneously with a high degree of competency.Ability to influence and lead behavior change.Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work in a collaborative team environment.Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Science, MS or MBA preferred.Experience in delivering technical projects (from app to infra, from back to front end) by managing external vendors.Experience in a site IT/OT leader role or equivalent.Significant experience in healthcare industry for service.Certified in ITIL or equivalent professional qualifications.Experience with working in a matrix organization environment and ability to influence other business leaders.Experience working in regulated environments.Proven ability to communicate with and manage senior stakeholders.Understanding of change management and release processesExperience in using agile delivery tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, etc.When joining our team, you will experience:An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent team.Flexible home office policy, with a possibility to work up to 60% of time from home / where you can easily schedule your office days.Yearly medical check-upExposure to training and certification pathways for technical and functional skillsYour own career path within Sanofi.
