Technical Skills Required:


Hands-on design and development experience of products/ solutions across geographies Dealer Management, compatible with desktop, mobile devices – HMI and Customer/Vehicle profile/date - in automotive industry

Knowledge of different integration patterns

Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions considering the lifecycle management in the Automotive industry.

Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices considering the product Cybersecurity and data legality according to the different data privacy legislations.

Ability to influence and impact decisions at senior management level.

Ability to drive, motivate and influence teams across geographies to achieve the vision of the products/ solutions.

Familiar with source code, version management and code deployment standards in Agile as well waterfall

Ability to understand project complexities and deep dive to debug issues.

Role:


Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables and set and manage expectations.

Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.

Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration elements of products/ solutions implementation.

Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.

Ability to understand project complexities and deep dive to debug issues.

Liaise with VW Group IT teams to support client implementations. Collaborate with global teams for delivery across geographies.

Mentor and groom technologists in various products and solutions that impact VW group entities.

Manage the Product Data security, integrity and legality design and lifecycle.
