This role requires studying and optimizing Incident Response processes at iRunway with core focus is on improving operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Working with structured and unstructured data to provide custom solutions using Research and Analytics. Identifying the challenges and driving the change management. Role & Responsibilities Leading large scale technology initiatives specifically from a resource alignment, workflow, and strategy perspective End-to-End (E2E) implementation of various programs/projects and lead process improvement projects. Implementing agile framework and coaching the teams in Agile and scrum related framework Co-ordination with Onshore and Offshore teams and delivering as per the requirements Provide the required guidance to the Technical teams in terms of Code check-in and Quality of the work product Works in collaboration with senior leadership and existing global team Align processes and use of technology across all teams Drives the in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identifying areas needing improvement, and implementing changes. Monitor and ensure processes are successfully implemented and being followed. Review existing key performance indicators (KPI) and tracking methods and revise as needed Produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions. Provides documentation, tools, and training to support the adoption of new processes / workflows. Manage allocation of tasks within a 24/7 operational model, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration between teams in the US and India. Desired Candidate Profil e 14+ years of experience in IT services or product-based organization Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes Experience End-to-End (E2E) implementation of various programs/projects Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle Must have experience as a Techno Functional lead involved in implementation of agile practices Experienced in working under HIPPA compliances , PII ,PHI - US healthcare domain Strategic Planning & Management Demonstrated experience in process optimization, particularly in incident response or related areas Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and support colleagues across the company. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent research and analytical skills Proactivity and responsibility Strong leadership, training/mentoring skills Flexibility, multitasking and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines Excellent recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills Requirement / GAP Analysis /Assessment / Process Mapping Cross-functional Coordination Product Management Experience in coaching the teams Consulting to the Internal business on efficient technology usage Developed competency in establishing performance-driven culture that ensures accountability & personal ownerships, leading, developing, mentoring and motivating teams to achieve goals profitably. Preferred Skills Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Familiarity with advanced incident response tools and software.
