Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Trainer to join our team. Specialized expertise in guiding and mentoring newly trained individuals in real-world field settings, providing hands-on support and practical experience. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive product and process training to new sales team members and provide ongoing refresher training to enhance their skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: New Hire Training: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new sales team members on our product knowledge, sales processes, and effective communication strategies. Ensure new hires acquire a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market. Refresher Training: Lead refresher training sessions aimed at strengthening and improving the proficiency of current sales team members. Remain updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor actions to continuously refine and update training materials. B2B Sales Expertise: Leverage personal experience in B2B sales to provide real-world insights and practical examples during training sessions. Tailor training programs to address the unique challenges and opportunities in B2B sales. Sales Coaching: Serve as a mentor and coach to new joiners, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve sales targets. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement. Training Material Development: Create and update training materials, presentations, and resources to ensure they align with the latest product features and sales strategies. Utilize multimedia tools and interactive training methods to make sessions engaging and effective. Performance Evaluation: Implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Provide constructive feedback to sales team members and recommend further development opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders, managers, and other relevant stakeholders to understand training needs and continuously improve training programs as per updates and developments in the products. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree Proven experience in B2B sales and sales training, preferably in a coaching or mentoring capacity. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies in a B2B environment. Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Certification in training or coaching is a plus.
