Infosys Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Infosys, is a leading social impact organization committed to driving positive change in India. Through its comprehensive CSR initiatives, the foundation focuses on several key sectors such as - education, healthcare, women empowerment etc. We are seeking a passionate and creative Branding & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in elevating the profile of Infosys Foundation's CSR initiatives and amplifying the impact of our work. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy for Infosys Foundation's CSR initiatives. Craft compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Manage and create high-quality content (website copy, social media posts). Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, annual reports, videos. Identify and leverage relevant marketing channels to raise awareness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Foundation and Infosys to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment. Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies Stay updated on current trends in CSR communication and storytelling. To qualify, candidates must possess: Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in running branding and marketing initiatives Master’s degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communications Outstanding writing, messaging, and editing skills Project management skills and experience with leading 360 projects Agency experience preferred but not mandatory Experience working with in-house designers and external agencies Ability to collaborate hands-on with multiple stakeholders across global markets
