Client Management & Relationship

1. Effectively interacting with senior-level stakeholders and Hiring Managers , thus increasing the open demands , month on month .

2. Maintaining MOM in Booster & weekly update to the reporting Manager

3. Calendarized Weekly/ regular cadences with POCs and HM

4. Coordinate with TA leaders & Hiring Managers to understand their challenges & propose relevant solution to smoothen the process.

5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

6. Be responsible for entire client candidate- revenue lifecycle and apply best judgement at all times to have 100% satisfaction with all stakeholders.

Revenue Management

1. Developing, owning and implementing delivery strategies to maximize revenue.

2. Complete ownership of RPO account.

3. Sourcing for senior and niche skill candidates as required during the course of the RPO project

4. Ensuring to meet the minimum onboarding target of team. Also, You should achieve the revenue target of 2 times the total salary of the team including yours.

Team Management

1. Engage, lead & mentor the onsite team for RPO business

2. Oversee the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customer's needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities.

3. Engaging and influencing with backend sourcing team to get the right profiles pipelined

4. Manage & coordinate efficiently with recruiters and coordinators working for assigned client account; both onsite & remote.

5. Ensure all candidates connected & touched by team are dealt with utmost professionalism.

6. Provide guidance and necessary support to close positions effectively & within TAT.

7. Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process (including offer rollouts, BGV, etc.) to be running smoothly.

Process Improvement

1. Incorporate technology and best practices to increase efficiency and good candidate experience.

2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their challenges & propose relevant solution to smoothen the process.

3. Utilise data and analytics to measure and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions.

4. Closely monitor and record daily recruiting data TAT , Quality , Conversion ; Daily and weekly metrics to be captured and presented in the format that is in place

Reporting & Data Analytics

1. Provide regular reports on all metrics to concerned stakeholders at client place & internal team.

2. Preparing reports detailing the status of open positions, candidates qualifications, reasons for disqualification, etc.

3. Data Management & Reporting-Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system & 100% compliance to internal ATS and tools.

4. Maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
