As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers over the phone. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. The role requires a high level of communication skills, persuasion, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.


1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations.

2. Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated through various channels.

3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.

4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales strategy.


1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

5. Persuasive and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.

6. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.

7. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and objections.

8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

9. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
