Responsibilities: • In charge of the assigned territory – responsible for developing the territory in all aspects – Sales, Collection, Team Revive, Business Development, Strategies etc. Responsible for driving Organization's agenda in the assigned territory. • Market dynamics – Market potential – Product Mix – Customer Mix – Product Positioning – Competitor Analysis – Revised strategy – Action plan – measurement of result • Competitor analysis – product bench marking – Product gaps - cost engineering proposal to product manager – Revised proposal – Provide feedback • Dealer, Distributor & Applicator management – Distributor/Applicator development – Applicator meet – training programs – Product launches etc • Specification selling – list of prospects - reference generation – Case studies – Appreciation letters – customer feedback – Documentation – Presentations etc directly and through the team. • Civil drawing reading knowledge, quoting to various BOQ received and promoting various brands. • Site visits - Trouble shooting - Root cause analysis – Solution selling – Customer satisfaction • Hands on experience with MS office. • Generating various reports from CRM and SAP time to time Desired Profile: Qualification - B.E Civil, Chemical, Science background + MBA Age - 35 to 40 years Experience 8-10 years’ experience in Sales of Construction Chemical products Min 4- 6 years of experience in Waterproofing products Should have technical knowledge on construction chemical products. Working at present. Has good market connect with Major Contractors/ Consultants / Client / Applicators. People management skills are must Working in the same city for last 3-5years.
