SAP CRM TPM Technical Consultant

What you will do at TekLink We are looking for dynamic and result oriented SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our fast-growing SAP Analytics and Trade Management practice. A self-starter with a passion towards delivery high quality solutions, you will be required to design and develop SAP CRM Marketing solutions independently as well as in a cross functional team. Some of your responsibilities would include: Work with SAP Trade Management Practice Lead / Project Leads to implement solutions across various projects Responsible for relationship managing internal and external resources required to deliver SAP CRM Technical requirements Accountable for significant support in conducting root cause analysis relating to SAP CRM in order that problems can be resolved in full alignment to the business processes that SAP CRM supports Participate and guide the decision-making for Customer Business Planning, Pricing & Rebates & Trade Optimization sub areas for any localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams. What we are looking for: SAP CRM TPM Professional with 5-10 yrs. experience in SAP CRM consulting with more focus on TPM implementation / Support projects. Good understanding in CRM/ TPM processes, related tables, master data, and understanding of integration with ECC SD, FI, Fund management and Claims processing – Added advantage Experience in integration environment with ECC, BI and other third-party systems and familiar with integration touch points. Experience in Data loads between ECC and CRM (Customers, Materials and Condition records), middleware enhancements - BDoc extensions. Hands on experience in CRM UI set up. AET configuration & related CRM classes Knowledge and experience of CRM BOL/GENIL objects Ability to code on BADI and Classes Strong ABAP / ABAP on HANA expertise – Good knowledge of BAPIs, business events, user-exits in the area of SAP CBP, SAP TPM, SAP ECC Knowledge of integration with BW/ IP/ BPS / planning Engine is a plus Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving Able to prioritize work and balance competing demands Working at TekLink At TekLink our employees get an open and collaborative environment and gain experience working for customers in various industries while solving complex business problems.
