Role & Responsibilities –
· Responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly & yearly Sales targets.
· Increase business in assigned accounts
· Understanding of customer requirements / market segment and the trends.
· Introduction of latest products and technical updates to the customers
· Record customer visit, and update CRM entries regularly.
· Regular Coordination with internal Logistic and Technical team.
· New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting.
· Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations, and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us
- Required Skills –
· Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills (Default Skill)
· Excellent command over Excel, Power point, Word (Default skill)
· Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic work environment
· Negotiation Skills
· Previous experience in B2B Channel Sales and Marketing for Industrial Automation
· Added advantage for experience in distribution or integration.
· Preferably Product knowledge of any - Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider & ABB, Allen Bradley
