Role Summary:

  • Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Head of Commercial Analytics who will be primarily responsible for partnering with commercial team in order to analytically create the best in class tools for Business Consultants to evaluate client performance and identify pockets of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of associates and leads who are focused on commercial analytics and understanding client performance.
  • Establish and manage a partnership with Commercial team making sure that the analytics team is part commercial initiatives.
  • Have a good grasp of sales processes, client motivation and suggest / deliver relevant insights and tools to commercial team for business consultation
  • Drive the utilization of these tools by continuously educating Business Consultants, helping them understand client performance and interpret data in a meaningful way driving sales opportunities.
  • Lead the data driven business consultation transformation in the commercial team to step up the sales processes by increasing the utilization of the tools and improving them as per the Business consultant needs and market conditions.
  • Doing client visits on a case by case basis where commercial team is needing an analytics partner to better explain how client’s business performance can be improved.
  • Target setting and forecasting for KPIs in the commercial team.
  • Manage the delivery of reports / dashboards and insights to support the wider analytics team for data driven decisions and performance management.
  • Liaising with pricing team for various pricing initiatives and analysing the performance / impact of these initiatives.
  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver analytics-driven solutions
  • Coordinate and work with different functions within the company

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of work experience in Strategy team or Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top tier management consulting company
  • Proven track record of transforming business processes and experience in change management
  • Team management experience in a fast paced, impact oriented organization.
  • Fluency in English
  • SQL and Tableau knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to clients and non technical audiences
  • Ability to work with different functions to drive insights
  • Having an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues and data quality problems.
