The cult.sport product range is thoughtfully designed to deliver the ultimate workout experience, featuring high-quality sportswear, versatile at-home workout equipment, bicycles, and nutraceuticals. We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our team and own our growth strategy, operations and execution to drive top line and bottom line. The ideal candidate will manage everything to do with our day to day online store across multiple products and categories, build GMV and margins/efficiency and understand and share customer insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop Daily Plans: Analyze historical data, market trends/seasonality, competition, and other factors to develop robust daily plans to hit our month and quarter targets. Work with multiple teams, such as Performance Marketing, Merchandising and Tech, to stay on top of how business is doing daily/monthly. Price Optimization: Look at price elasticity on SKUs and employ various pricing optimization techniques such as price segmentation, dynamic pricing, and promotional pricing to maximize revenue and profitability. Adjust discounting through continuous experimentation. Regularly look at ROS (Rate of Sale) and inventory available and optimize for GMV and Gross Margin. Develop a data-backed POV on what’s working and what isn’t across SKUs/products, pricing, merchandising, traffic and channels and come up with interventions to stay on track to plan. Monitoring Performance: Report daily on overall performance and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize profitability and GMV. Analyze data, sales metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of concern. Requirements: 3-4 years' experience in a growth role responsible for delivering revenue to target; at a start-up would be a plus. Highly proficient in data analysis and data backed decision making. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Strategic Thinking: Must have a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective strategies dealing with multiple variables and inputs. Comfortable in a fast paced/startup environment and working in cross functional teams. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to clearly summarize and present complex data. Should be very comfortable with numbers and mathematical concepts.
