Senior Technology Manager

Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Technology to help build new products for Technology based Learning that meet and exceeds the expectations of our clients. This role will entail delivering the following tasks:

• Working with stakeholders to understand and evaluate business requirements, challenges, and opportunities; determining priorities and coming up with solutions which may include application architecture options and a technical roadmap.
• Thinking towards creating customised applications and striving for process enhancements, optimizations, and fully automated solutions.
• Evaluating different new features of Office 365 and providing leadership to make prudent choices of upgrades wherever necessary.
• Consistently striving to acquire new skills on Microsoft Technologies, especially Azure Cloud, Intune, AI, AR and ML technologies.
• Digitizing the business by building platforms for innovative and engaging eLearning/online learning solutions and other learning interactions.
• Conducting regular audits of all technology processes and systems. Identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
• Managing technology service partners including negotiation and SQI.
• Improving existing technology SOPs and creating new ones as per industry best practices.

Experience and Expertise needed

• In-Depth knowledge and Hands On expertise of Microsoft Suite of Technologies.
• Deep experience with Azure Cloud Platform and Intune Securities.
• Knowledge in Flows (Power Automate), Forms, PowerApps, Power BI, Tableau, Enterprise Mobility
• MS Project – Architecture, Capacity Planning, Administration, Deployment, Application Development and Collaboration
• Knowledge of AI, AR and ML and a keen awareness of the latest relevant developments in these technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of instructional design.
• Must be familiar with the project management methodology and processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent in Strategic Planning and Change Management

Skills Requirement

The applicant should have the following skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and abstract requirements and identify right technologies for building prototypes.
• Preferred Certifications in one or more of the required skills would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Learning Industry would be an added advantage.
