Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage communication strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage corporate social media handles, including content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics.
  • Develop and implement thought leadership initiatives for the brand and CXOs to enhance brand visibility and industry positioning.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives
  • Develop and execute regional communications and advocacy campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement in target markets.
  • Demonstrate media relations acumen by managing relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers and have an understanding of new media platforms.
  • Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and conduct outreach activities to build partnerships and amplify brand messaging.
  • Utilise third-party outreach strategies to enhance brand credibility and reach.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8-10 years) in corporate communications roles with demonstrated success in leading communication strategies and teams.
  • Strong expertise in managing corporate social media platforms and leveraging digital tools for communication and engagement.
  • Experience in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in media relations, KOL identification, and third-party outreach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
