Essential experience:
Responsible for overseeing activities related to Azure Cloud specific to Azure PAAS/ Linux support.
Work effectively with the clients, users, and senior managers.
Participate in projects related to responsibilities; may serve as a technical project lead on occasions.
Recognize problems, develop recommendations and solutions, and oversee correction within assigned specialty.
Selection, development, retention, interviews, appraisals, and identifying training needs for staff.
Should be working with massive scale multi-cloud environment and will take part in deployments, upgrades, incident, problem & capacity management functions.
Should work on production & non-production environments to ensure all services are running reliably & securely.
Day-to-day operational support of product infrastructure on major public cloud services.
Use incident management tools used in incident analysis and troubleshooting. Identify, escalate, and communicate issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that critical and time-sensitive projects run smoothly and achieve the business outcome.
Contribute to and maintain documentation for systems, processes, procedures, and infrastructure configuration.
Good knowledge and practical experience on Azure PAAS services.
Should have prior knowledge of Azure security and compliance standard and is able to create solutions in adherence with the above.
Should be able to manage Azure subscription with optimized costs and provide Azure specific solutions.
Good understanding of IaaS and PaaS architecture.
Knowledge and experience in cluster building based on Kubernetes.
Experience in Linux system administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) &Linux server Patching.
Troubleshooting the server issues like configuration issues.
Experience in build or support of highly available solutions with Linux platform.
Knowledge and experience in scripting and programming languages (bash, Python, Go)
Experience with using IT service management tools (e.g.- ServiceNow)
Ticket queue management and resolve ticket with agreed SLA/SLO
Experience creating technical architecture document and SOP creation for operation.
Collaborate with internal and customers for troubleshooting incidents and adhere critical incident procedures.
Interact with customers on/off-site to troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds by leveraging your troubleshooting skills.
Responsible to communicate customer on project status reports and dashboards meeting agendas and minutes and executive reports.
Should able to extend the shift hours during outages/ Critical Incidents

Excellent customer service and people skills. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication and relationship building skills
Must Have Skills: Microsoft Azure Architecture
Good to Have Skills: PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Any other cloud knowledge
Key Responsibilities : Familiarity with Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Container services.
Technical Experience: Experience with public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and costing considerations.
Hands-on experience of Azure services: Azure Kubernetes Service, App Service, App service Plan, Application Insights, Event Hub, Function App, Key Vaults, LAW, Service Bus, Storage Account, Batch Account, Networking, Linux virtual machines, Autoscaling, ARM Templates.
Certifications: Must have AZ 900, AZ 305 certifications
