We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our Enterprise Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various platforms to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional writing skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Content Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and driving growth through compelling content.


Responsibilities:


Content Creation:


· Develop high-quality content for sales collaterals such as brochures, case studies, whiterpapers, presentations for Ample’s portfolio of technology solutions.

· Write engaging website content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and SEO best practices.

· Produce compelling social media content tailored to different platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Quora) to increase audience engagement and drive traffic.

· Generate insightful blog posts and articles on relevant industry topics to establish thought leadership and attract target audiences.

· Create captivating and persuasive email content that drives engagement and conversions.

· Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, conduct research, and ensure accuracy and relevance of content.


Content Strategy and Management:


· Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing goals, target audience preferences, and industry trends.

· Conduct regular content audits to assess performance, identify gaps, and optimize content for maximum impact.

· Stay updated on emerging content trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance content strategy and delivery.

· Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to track KPIs and inform content optimization efforts.


Program Management:


· Lead the overall creativity and program management of website, SEO, social media, email marketing and blog initiatives.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery and execution of content initiatives.

· Develop and maintain content calendars, schedules, and workflows to streamline content production and distribution processes.

· Provide regular updates and reports on content marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and project statuses to stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • experience of minimum 5 years in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role in a B2B environment in IT/IT Services/ITES industries.
  • in handling communication portfolio for technology products or services
  • writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics), email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, MailChimp)
