Experience – 0-4 years [ IT services industry preferred (Outside Industry can be evaluated as well)] Education – Graduate / Post Graduate Location: Hyderabad Role: Marketing Specialist – Events Experience and Key Brand Programs. Broad JD / Skillset- You will be part of the Corporate Marketing Team, creating and executing an end-to-end event experience strategy along with supporting key brand programs A good understanding of key marketing mix and channels is a plus Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to work on simultaneous projects with global teams. Working closely with BU marketing teams, businesses, and senior technical stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and drive the event content strategy and ground coordination. Adherence with corporate brand guidelines across assets creation while working closely with the content, design, and brand team across digital channels Working with our vendor ecosystem to create compelling narratives and enhanced experiences for all modes of events/campaigns. Reporting in terms of health scorecard for the key brand programs and post-event reporting and analysis – Key activities, Key leads, Funnel health, ROI etc Support key brand programs for the organization and drive messaging to the field with a 360 degree campaign across multiple levers. Own the Digital campaigns on key programs and signature event executions Good understanding and experience in handling significant types of events: Company hosted, Industry Events, Virtual/Webinars etc. Martech tools knowledge is a plus Team player with an ability to work independently and manage business ambiguities with a self-starter approach. Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
