工作职责:
1、业务市场开发:根据公司业务发展战略,开发印度二轮/三轮电动车市场、带领团队完成项目拓展,制定销售计划,完成销售指标,实现公司市场占有率不断增长;
2、客户关系管理:收集和搜索客户数据并建立客户档案,定期拜访客户,建立长期、良好、稳固的区域客户关系;
3、销售信息管理:收集市场信息,组织市场调研,对市场信息进行分析与预测,掌握竞争对手的市场动态,为公司发展提供建设性建议。
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,理工科专业,具有销售经验;
2、敏锐的市场洞察力,良好的组织能力和表达能力;
3、具备出色的数据分析、处理与业务应用能力;
4、有印度二轮车市场客户资源,且在主机厂工作经验者优先;
5、对销售工作有热情,擅长沟通、乐于交际,具备出色的商务谈判技能;
6、英语听说读写流利。
Responsiblities
1. Business market development: According to the company's business development strategy, develop the Indian two-wheeled / three-wheeled electric vehicle market, lead the team to complete project development, formulate sales plans, complete sales indicators, and achieve the company's growing market share;

Job requirements:

4. Customer resources in the Indian two-wheeler market and working experience in electric motorcycle factory is preferred;
5. Enthusiastic about sales work, good at communication, willing to communicate, with excellent business negotiation skills;
6. Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
