Role - Lead - Trade Finance

About the role

• Managing transactions which are undertaken by the team in relation to the business including guiding team members.
• Leading the periodical book closure process – activities range from weekly closure to monthly closure.
• End to end stakeholder management in terms of discussions with internal teams and external teams.
• Keeping Senior Management updated within the finance function on a periodical basis for any key events / activities.
• Managing asset and profitability related reporting to CFO and CEO as and when required.
• To work with internal teams on the structing of new financial product offering that is likely to be offered to clients / potential clients.
• Focus to be on improving existing processes in place (in a technological set-up) with respect to the Trade Finance business.
• To lead discussions with auditors on all matters in connection with the line of business

Desired Qualification & Skills:

• Preferably a PG / CA graduate with strong accounting and reporting skillsets.
• Someone who has spent 5-6 years in the BFSI space.
• Strictly someone who has an experience in business finance role.
• Should possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• Someone who is extremely driven and having a quest for technical upskilling
