CTC Range - 10-12 LPA Designation - Sr. Manager/AGM Role - Production/Factory Manager Department - Production Job Locations - Gehlot, Rajasthan Brief about the role: As the Production/Factory Manager specializing in Aluminum manufacturing, you will oversee all facets of the production process within our Aluminum manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading a team of production personnel. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of high-quality Aluminum products. Roles & Responsibilities: Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive production plans and schedules to fulfill customer orders while maximizing resource utilization. Coordinate with sales and demand forecasting teams to anticipate production requirements and plan accordingly. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet delivery deadlines. Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control protocols to uphold product quality standards and meet customer specifications. Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and rectify quality issues. Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing production efficiency and reducing waste in Aluminium manufacturing processes. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and drive productivity gains. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled workforce of production personnel, including machine operators, technicians, and quality inspectors. Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety awareness among production staff. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct routine safety audits and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and promote a culture of safety. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of Aluminium raw materials, intermediate components, and finished products to meet production requirements. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs. Continuous Improvement: Lead and support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement efforts. Encourage employee engagement and empower teams to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing production efficiency and quality. Skillset & Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in Aluminum manufacturing operations, with at least 15 years in a managerial or supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of Aluminum fabrication processes, including extrusion, casting, machining, and finishing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve production targets and quality objectives. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with industry best practices, quality management systems, and health and safety standards. Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems for production planning, inventory management, and performance tracking. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
