Assistant General Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
