Lead the architecture of (Insert domain/product) to deliver a scalable, reliable, modular and high-quality product design, and guide the software development teams. To develop deep expertise in the (domain/product) technologies and take a central role in building our technology roadmap.Scope:Responsible for the architectural definition and to review high level design, consult on the requirement gathering process, and support the overall software delivery. Responsible for driving the technical thought leadership and building technical competencies for the teams. 3. How You Will Spend Your Days: Key Accountability % of Time spent Success Measure Scope and estimation Understands and reviews business requirements to translate them into software level requirements and architecture consistent with overall technology. Works with the internal teams to arrive at possible solution definition, technical and functional feasibility analysis.Consults and influences the customer, intercepting the business needs and leveraging their knowledge to sell existing solutions. Proposes innovative and business aligned solutions, estimations meeting customer requirements. 10% Effort, memory and cost estimations with a tolerance of 5% Analyzing and developing architecture solutions Responsible for specifying architectural requirements, do POC of new designs when needed, performing trade off analyses, defining and maintaining the software architecture.Reviews high level design, design frameworks and methodologies to conform to the architecture.Refines the software architecture during implementation phases. 40% Schedule adherence, Internal sign-off on the system Continuous review of the architecture for improvementsReusability in architecture and & HLD across projects (min 70%) More Good Reasons to Work for Visteon Focusing on the FutureOur company strategy focuses on leading the evolution of automotive digital cockpits and safety solutions.
