We are looking for hustlers who have proven experience in building Merchant relations with a strong strategy and P&L focus. Individuals who are thinkers with a high bias for action from an execution point of view will be ideal for this role. Roles and Responsibilities: • Onboarding, negotiating, and executing partnership deals with brands, merchants, consumer platforms, and POS players. • B2B corporate experience in the areas of Alliances, Partnerships, Sales • Excellent in client-facing roles involving networking and establishing relationships for the company. • Curate products and businesses by building sustainable partnerships that offer Thriwe innovative ways to grow in India, UAE, SEA, and the KSA Regions. • Work with cross-functional teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics, etc to drive win-win engagements with partners. Liaison with product, Operation, Legal, & Finance teams to ensure end-to-end process adherence. • Defining, and creating processes and SLAs for support functions • Understand the partner's problem statement and deliver great outcomes for them. • Creating Product and Services for BFSI & Corporates for their clients & Customers Skills: • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Partnership & Alliance / Business Development / onboarding & development of new brands and be comfortable with data and research. • Advance knowledge of MS Office • Strong Presentation and Negotiation skills; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Have managed P&L and growth targets along with Understanding of APIs • Have an established network of relationships across industries. • Have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward. • This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
