To this end,- We're hiring a Social Media Coordinator who can double up as a content creator for our social media handles.Experience: 0-5 yearsResponsibilities:- Ideate with the content and marketing team to come up with ideas to help our audience understand the world of money and personal finance better- Create fun, educational, quirky reels and static content basis approved content ideas- Research current trends and stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering customer engagement metrics- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and the team to deliver content- Deploy content on time across social media platforms- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries- Day-to-day reporting on engagement metrics, KPIs, and feedback from customers- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, reel audios and ideas- Create reels including giving inputs into scripting, where possible- Edit each reel to include graphics and animation via mobile apps/toolsRequirements :- You enjoy creating Instagram reels and other content with an engaged audience- Have experienced with reels creation and can showcase some of your work- Can lookout for ways to create moment-based and topical reel while subtly plugging in the brand- You are a master of your phone with an eye for good content and new formats- Can develop new, creative, and highly engaging video content to grow our audiences- You- re a creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness and engagement- You have a strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram) and their algorithms- You are familiar with all social media marketing trends and are a first user- You are skilled in content editing for Instagram, especially stories and reels- Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ref:updazz.com)
