Designation - Account Manager Shift - Night (US) Location - Remote Objectives of this role: ● Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand the client's persona, industry, their pain & gains, preferences, and trends in the industry. ● Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. ● Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients ● Use growth techniques to generate new business and revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling. ● Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer experience, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns with the right solutions to achieve long-term partnerships. ● Adherence and monitoring sales progress to ensure that revenue goals are being met. ● Track and maintain all business-related processes and reports for the client funnel. Maintain accurate client records in the system/CRM. ● Collaborate across departments such as sales, marketing, and development to ensure that the client's needs are being met. Responsibilities ● Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs ● Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s services ● Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics. ● Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and pain areas. ● Represent the company effectively by developing a comprehensive knowledge of its offerings ● Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs with the right solutions ● Find key personnel in client companies to establish profitable relationships. ● Approach potential customers to cultivate fruitful relationships. ● Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business ● Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. ● Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders ● Provide continuous, constructive feedback to the marketing and tech operations team. ● Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization ● Utilize HubSpot tools to ensure a standardized process throughout all stages of a sale ● Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas Skills: ● Proven record of sales growth ● Experience in Overseas sales, customer service, and Account management skills. (US Based) ● Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques ● Exceptional project management skills ● Clear verbal and written communication skills ● Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential ● Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ● Excel, proposal creation, documentation Preferred Qualifications: ● Ability to work in a US Timezone. ● Sharp negotiation ● Organizational skills ● Problem-solving skills ● Growth techniques ● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback ● Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as HubSpot
