About the Role:

As the Finance Manager at Edvoy, you will be instrumental in leading the financial strategy regarding the introducer commission processes and enhancing the overall financial management of the company. You will be tasked with ensuring operational excellence and strategic oversight in financial operations, particularly in areas interacting with our introducers and senior management.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and refine the financial strategy for the introducer commission processes, ensuring a seamless integration with the company’s broader financial objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, empowering them to manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently while aligning their work with strategic financial goals.
  • Enhance communication and workflow between introducers, the internal sales team, and the finance team to ensure a cohesive operation.
  • Collaborate closely with the central UK finance team to ensure that cash flow management and financial planning are transparent and timely.
  • Work alongside the technology team to integrate financial processes into our tech CRM flow, improving accuracy and efficiency in statement generation and invoicing.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of introducer statements and oversee the accuracy of introducer invoices, implementing additional compliance checks as necessary.
  • Develop and refine revenue-focused management accounts and forecasting models. Present key financial insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions and enhance profitability.


Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive approach to fostering collaboration.
  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a managerial role that includes strategic planning and team management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to mentor and support team members, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial strategies and goals.
