About the role:

  • Training the Agents on Health Insurance, NISM-AMC, Home loan, Cash Loan etc. Develop training materials and modules to onboard new employees or train existing staff on job responsibilities, processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline and continuously improve the processes following a data-driven approach
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all customer interactions by the teams across all channels
  • Support team growth through training and development initiatives.
  • Conduct audits, reviews or inspections to identify areas for improvement and adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns or issues affecting quality and performance.


What would you do at Navi?

  • Conduct interactive training sessions for new hires and existing staff, focusing on job responsibilities, processes, and tools related to each subject area.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and modules for each subject area, including Health Insurance, NISM-AMC, Home loan, Cash Loan, etc.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure training materials align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Implement process improvements collaboratively with relevant teams and monitor their impact on quality and performance.
  • We are looking for some self-starters with high ownership who love getting their hands dirty and building industry first things ground up.


What are some good skills for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of 3+ years of overall experience with managerial exposure .
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence, lead, and present ideas via clear written and oral communication
  • Ability to take initiative without being asked to and highly skilled in data analysis
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment and will display creative and analytical problem-solving with an unrelenting passion for excellent customer service
