JOB DESCRIPTION:


At Code Quick, we are looking for a skilled Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in various HR functions, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and organizational success. If you’re passionate about HR, knowledgeable about labor laws, and eager to contribute to organizational success, this role is an excellent fit.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.    Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

·      Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

·      Collaborate with senior management to identify staffing needs.


2.    Compensation and Benefits Administration:

·      Administer compensation and benefit plans.

·      Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits management.

·  Process new appointments, Resignation, leave encashment, Increments, incentives, bonuses, shift allowances, Over Time etc.

·      Process contract associate payments as per the agreed terms.

·    Reimbursement, but not limited to Medical & LTA, conveyance etc., and includes the expenses made in delivering the Job.

·      Filing of supporting vouchers on reimbursement and validating based on eligibility for approval and release.

·      Collection of Attendance and leave Data / Unauthorized absenteeism from various locations.

·      Generate standardized reports to Senior Management for payroll processing.

·      Process salaries to the Associates along with the pay slips (both hard and soft formats).

·      Attend and answer salary and other queries relating to payroll.



3.    Employee Relations and Support:

·       Address employee queries related to leaves, compensation, policies, etc.

·      Resolve HR-related issues promptly and effectively.


4.    Employee State Insurance – As Applicable

·      Generate monthly calculations and challan.

·      File monthly Challan.

·      Filing of returns including half yearly returns.

·      Filing of Form 3 for nominations as and when required.

·      Handle any inspection by the authority.


5.    Professional Tax

·      Generate monthly calculations and challan.

·      Filing of returns i.e. Form V.


6.    Income Tax

·      Generate monthly TDS statement.

·      Submit TDS statement to the Finance team / Senior Management by the 4th of every month.

·      File TDS monthly.


7.    Report Generation while processing Payroll:

·      Payroll statement with detailed break up to the Finance Department / Senior Management.

·      Annual payroll statement with detailed break up to the Finance department / Senior Management.


8.    Employee Onboarding and Training:

·      Conduct employee onboarding sessions.

·      Help organize training and development initiatives.


9.    Policy Development and Implementation:

·      Assist in creating and updating human resource policies.

·      Promote HR programs to foster a conflict-free workplace.


10. Performance Management:

·      Participate in performance evaluations and goal setting.

·      Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, turnover rates).


11. Compliance and Legal Requirements:

·      Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.

·      Ensure the organization adheres to legal standards related to employment.


12. Strategic Planning:

·      Contribute to HR strategy development aligned with organizational goals.
