TCS is looking for " Delivery Head-Finance ". Details below- Experience- 14-22 Years Location- Bangalore Qualification- Charted Accountant or MBA full time Role- Minimum 14-22 years of experience in F&A Outsourcing industry managing large programs of over 1000 FTEs Experience in Client Relationship Management – engaging with CFOs, key client stakeholders, understanding their requirements and Outsourcer’s ability to meet them. Ability to articulate / defend delivery aspects of large proposal Experience of solutioning the deals and understanding of all towers of F&A. Exposure to Benchmarking and understands analyst rankings and ask in industry Experience of leading large teams located across multiple cities in India and across the world. Demonstrated skills of managing span more than 1000 FTEs Experience of Driving Digital Transformation across a portfolio of accounts Experience of working in large organizations have matrixed structure Excellent communicator at all levels Demonstrates a breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise, preferably in an international environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing/supporting transitions of complex F&A project Service Delivery- 1) Accountable for managing service delivery 2) Conduct a thorough review of all components in the Project/Program Plan: scope, deliverables, time frame, and cost to meet client expectations and contractual agreements Act as a catalyst in Driving organizational agendas Bring value to clients ensuring long term value to clients. Strategically plan at engagement levels to ensure friction less delivery. 3) Proven record of bringing in synergies whist working with cross functional teams to meet engagement level requirements 4) Ensure and monitor all processes are in place to proactively protect consistent service quality. through rigorous management of change control and acceptance into service procedures 5) Review of metrics and performance standards against SLAs and bring in required remediations at the earliest Interested candidates can apply Regards Tanya Kansal TCS-TAG
