Position Title: Family Office Manager
Job Description:
Overview: The Family Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, investment strategy, and administrative operations for a high-net-worth family or individual. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, interpersonal skills, and discretion to manage complex wealth structures and ensure the family’s financial goals are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with the family’s objectives.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with external financial advisors, accountants, and legal professionals as needed.
• Monitor investment portfolios and make strategic recommendations to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
2. Investment Strategy:
• Conduct research and analysis to identify investment opportunities across various asset classes.
• Develop and execute investment strategies tailored to the family’s risk tolerance and long-term goals.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.
• Perform due diligence on potential investment vehicles, including real estate, equities, private equity, and alternative investments.
3. Estate Planning and Tax Management:
• Collaborate with legal advisors to develop and update estate plans, wills, and trusts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Qualified CA, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, investment advisory, or related roles, preferably in a family office or wealth management firm.
• Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and tax regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and portfolio management systems.
