Purpose The Academic Coordinator coordinates the administration of academic programs offered at Narayana Business School in a manner that serves the best interest of students, maintains the highest standards of academic integrity in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the College. Duties & Responsibilities ·     Maintaining databases of students- manage and oversee complete students’ life cycle. ·    Act as central point of contact for all Student communication and interaction. ·    Handle student complaints, queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit. ·    Follow up with faculty and students to ensure resolution. ·    Maintain records of student interactions. ·    Interaction with parents on routine basis for progress feedback. ·     Trimester-wise/ weekly schedule management ·     Coordinating with visiting faculties for scheduling session, assessment, and remuneration ·    Monitoring class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes. ·    Taking up feedback from the students about the course. ·     Maintaining records and information on activities done by students, faculties, and institute ·     Record keeping in all areas of work i.e., students & alumni, Attendance, visiting faculties & experts etc. ·     Handling the Feedback analysis of all courses/faculty & preparing analytical report. ·     Handling students' verification enquiries ·     Co ordinating with the university on regular basis. ·     Taking care of Examination activities and result process Qualification Postgraduate with MBA is preferred. Experience Minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in administrative role or experience in the relevant field. Having experience in education and education services sector preferable.
