Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant Technical to provide comprehensive support to our CEO-GOMS- GOMS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills along with exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO-GOMS:

  • Anticipate the CEO-GOMS's needs and proactively prepare materials and briefing documents for meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is provided in advance.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO-GOMS, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and requests from internal and external stake holders.

Act as a liaison between the CEO-GOMS and internal/external stakeholders:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the CEO-GOMS and internal teams, external partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication by relaying messages, clarifying instructions, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items and decisions made during meetings.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, representing the CEO-GOMS's interests professionally and diplomatically in all interactions .

Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO-GOMS:

  • Create, format, and proofread technical documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize advanced features of relevant software tools (such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of presentations and documents.
  • Collaborate with the CEO-GOMS and other team members to gather information, conduct research, and compile data for technical reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Conduct research and gather data on technical topics:

  • Stay informed about developments and trends in the renewable energy industry by conducting thorough research and analysis of technical topics, regulations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Synthesize complex technical information into clear and concise summaries, reports, and presentations for the CEO-GOMS and other stakeholders, highlighting key insights and implications for the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects and initiatives:
  • Support the CEO-GOMS in the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and legal departments, to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive progress towards project milestones and objectives.

Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Establish and enforce protocols for the secure handling, storage, and transmission of confidential data and documents, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO-GOMS:

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and demands, taking on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the CEO-GOMS and the broader organization.

  • Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges and opportunities, seeking guidance from the CEO-GOMS when appropriate and escalating issues as necessary.
