Roles & Responsibilities Target Marketing Pro: Develop and execute market-specific digital marketing strategies and Account Marketing campaigns to support awareness, interest, and consideration, enhancing the sales pipeline. A Strong Believer Of Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals and conveys a unified message across all platforms and upcoming campaigns. Data-driven Decision Maker: Manage and optimize content creation and marketing efforts using data-driven insights and AI technologies for performance improvement and efficiency. An Accountable Campaign Manager: Act as a responsible campaign manager, bringing innovative marketing ideas to effectively communicate the product’s value and drive growth. A very good content writer and reviewer: Knows to leverage generative AI and prompt engineering, including tools like GPT-4, to produce engaging content that establishes the company as a thought leader in the AI industry, while staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies. A Primary Brand Voice Operator: As the primary custodian of the Product voice, you are expected to have clear objectives for what we aim to achieve as an AI brand, while also establishing internal processes for efficient team management and workflow. Qualifications Must: Minimum 2+ years of experience with AI startups Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technology, AI, or creative industries preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong website management skills with a deep understanding of UX/UI interaction for websites and portals, plus an understanding of conversion rate optimization. Experience in B2B marketing and technical writing is a plus. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously AI-based solutions for content marketing is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences. Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
