Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Zentrum™ located in Mahipalpur Extention, New Delhi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, and facilitating communication within the organization. They will also provide executive administrative assistance and utilize clerical skills to ensure smooth operations.

Work Schedule Monday to Saturday 10AM to 6PM Location - Mahipalpur Extention, New Delhi

Qualifications

Excellent administrative assistance and clerical skills Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Experience in providing executive administrative assistance Attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Experience in the automation or security technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
